“If you looking for the most honest, timely and exceptional septic company that knows what they doing, look no further! Miller septic is the best one that I’ve encountered in FL state! The moment that I’ve called, I was immediately answered by a very kind person that gathered all the info from me to give me better evaluation on the estimated price. Next day, the owner called me for more accurate information of the location and specification of the septic condition. Jason educated me on the life time of the septic, that I didn’t know and what it takes to keep it working in the best condition. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience that he demonstrated to show me, in picture ( draft photo) how to secure a new septic from falling sooner that it supposed to. He right away shared with me what he would have done to keep it performing good if he’ll have tenants in his place, as I do, and they always parked their cars on top of the drain field as many times as I’ve asked them not to. That alone, caused the drain field to collapsed and not function the way it supposed to. “Our water heater was leaking all over our garage Sunday morning of all days. Called Ultra Plumbing right away they answered the phone with an action plan. “Do not call Roto Rooter Cape Coral location. We called them for a simple clogged toilet and we were way overcharged $1800. The technician was only here for under two hours and cleaned our sewer pipes out but the charge was too much. We are senior citizens and I feel we were taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation. I tried calling the manager numerous times and they never called me back. I even contacted the corporate office and no one got back to me. I just wanted an explanation of why the charge was so much. “The people I spoke with on the phone were extremely polite and kind, and set up an appointment the same day. The plumber who came out seemed nice as well. I thought my septic filter had clogged again, but, when he opened the tank, it turned out to be a clog between the clean out and the tank. He used a snake to unclog it from the cleanout fitting. He was very hasty, probably because it was so late by the time he got here, and ended up dropping the concrete lid hard, edge first onto the septic tank lip about 3 times before he got it off, which, of course, I wasn't thrilled about. It was dark, so I couldn't see the extent of damage, but I imagine the concrete chipped pretty good.
