“J. Henry Plumbing did a great job. I had a shower replaced by New Bath today and when they came to install the new shower pan, but the drain and water stubs were not in the wall, blocking the new installation. All water lines and drains had to relocated by busting the floor up. This large job was done correctly and at a price that was reasonable considering I received a quote from another company that was $2500 more than what I paid. Would recommend!”

“Mr. Conner Troup was very nice and professional. He listened to my concerns about Huntsville utilities recent repairs to a water main in front our house that possibly causing a surge in water pressure causing our T&P valve to pop! . He was honest and said our hot water heater is fine after inspection. He suggested a new T&P replacement as a precautionary measure. He also replaced the drain valve with a ball valve to ease in the suggested drain of our tank a few times a year to prolong the hot water heaters life. I have your number so when it’s time to replace the hot water heater I’m going lot call J. Henry Plumbing. Thanks again Conner.”

“I schedule an appointment through J. Henry Plumbing LLC Web site which was convenient and easily understood. This appointment posted to my google calendar and made it easy to remember. On the day of my appointment I was working down in the basement of my house waiting for the technician to arrive. I had to take two hours off from work in order to meet the technician. After about an hour into my window I happen to leave my basement and all the notifications and missed phone calls popped up on my phone from J Henry Plumbing saying the technician was ready for the appointment, they needed me to verify it through phone call or text for him to come. I texted when i got the message but did not get an acknowledgement. I called and the scheduler said that because I didn't respond to the text or phone calls the technician went on to another job to assist another technician. She stated she would contact him to get him to come back. I voiced my displeasure and stated I would be waiting during the allotted window. With 30 minutes left the scheduler called me and stated the technician would not be able to make it in the allotted time and ask me if I wanted to reschedule. Which I said no I would not and I again voiced my displeasure. Fundamental the customer service from J Henry is a one star at best. From a customer perspective our time is valuable also and should never be waisted because of a policy that does not add any value to the customer. J Henry LLC excuse to save money or try to use resources in a way that only benefits them is wrong. He could of stop by during the allotted time and seen I was there, but J. Henry choose not to. I hope they will look at this policy and improve on it. At this time I will not use them and will not recommend them to anyone else.”

“J Henry Plumbing does outstanding work! They replaced all of the original old cast iron piping under the house which was rusted and leaking. They installed the state of the art technology piping system and thoroughly tested it. The technicians are excellent professionals. I will use J Henry for all of my plumbing needs!”
