“We’ve had intermittent problems with the septic tank since buying the house. Bud’s services came initially and were very pleasant to deal with. We recently had another issue about a year later and we thought it had to do with the septic tank. Stephanie from Bud’s service fit us into the schedule on short notice. She was very courteous and professional, as well as following up with us. The techs came and did recall providing a service not too long ago and recommended I double checked the motor outlet. That turned out to be the cause. They recommended using an alternative power source via an extension cord from the garage until we can fix it. They were very friendly and courteous, not once seeming irate or taking advantage of a messy situation. We recommend them highly.”
