“Alex went above and beyond. I needed a smoke test to find where the pests were entering my attic. Alex completed a series of smokes and it wasn’t conclusive, so instead of giving up he went to get a 6” test ball to clog the clean out to try again. (He even went to give my neighbors a heads up that there was smoke in case they saw it in their home!) The 6th smoke attempt was the charm and he led me to an old toilet line in the garage that I had never used. He found the 3” plug and sealed it up. “Updated post and rating - I had a really bad interaction with the first tech Elijah and was ready to call a different company even though having a warranty on the previous work that was done. But after speaking to management they had Bradley come out. Bradley was fantastic, polite and courteous the entire time. He was able camera my line and explain the current status and recommendations for a way ahead. Bradley did not try charging me for work I did not need done but instead wants to work with me to ensure we identify the actual problem so we address that.”
