G and H Septic Tanks

“In June 2022 we had our septic installed by G&H. We had a few issues but Scottie resolved them. In March 2023 we smelled raw sewage and Scottie said he would come take a look. After multiple calls, texts, and emails promising to come see what was wrong, I was told today that they no longer service Cataula and that the 1-year guarantee in service for issues is not valid. He came recommended from a friend but I would never recommend them because once he is done, he will never honor any fault of his and will promise to come inspect to see if it is their issue, but actually will never follow through. Be weary of their promises and agreements. I feel bad for the wife who has to answer all of these issues. She has always responded but ultimately it is the installer Scottie (her husband) who decides who he answers. You can see the green grass in the picture that is abnormally growing but you can’t smell the smell. The second is where raw sewage was standing.”
