The first time we used Simply Septic, the came out to do repair work on the baffle that was previously examined by another company which quoted a price that included work which we did not need. “I had what I thought was a septic tank issue and Leon came out, dug to the septic tank and what he found out it that it wasn't an issue with the tank and recommended I call a plumber. Leon also did a very good job of explaining the septic system and how it works. As he was leaving I asked him how much I owe and he said nothing. Rare to find these types of businesses anymore that care about people. Simpliy Septic will be my only call moving forward if I have septic tank issues moving forward.”
