“Called them Saturday morning due to our septic tank being possibly full, which it was, and he made it possible to get over to us that day, and within a few hours of me calling. They came out and did a wonderful job! Was able to work with us, seeing hiw it was a Saturday too. Gave advice amd tips on how to prevent the situation from happening again so soon. Very nice gentlemen! Definitely recommend Bestway Septic Tank service!”

“Bestway was amazing most definitely will be using these guys in the future. Mr.Ron and his guy Mr. Tyrone was amazing they showed me where are septic was and also showed where a tree root was in the septic. These guys was very detailed on what to do with trying to get the root out they even talked to my husband and explained everything to him and how everything was going. They made sure my toilet was flushing clear. Hands down the best company and will recommend them”

“Bestway was my third company to come out and try to find my septic tank and pump it out. The other two were rowes and budget sewer. But they sent out lazy young men who were not willing to do a little work. Anyway bestway came out and same thing until there boss came out and found it within 2 foot of where I told them it was. Only 2 1/2 ft deep from the lid. Robert is very good in his business but he needs better help. He practically had to do all the work himself. He’s definitely a good man that knows his job. I fully recommend him. Watch out for his help and other companies help, i know it’s hard to get these younger generation to work but there are some that will.”

“I called with waste backing into the bathtubs on a weekend. Mr. Rountree gave me a flat rate price to deal with all of my issues nefore he ever arrived. He was clean, professional, and very nice to deal with. He was honest and patient answering all our questions, and those of our super curious 4 year old. Even though it was the weekend and an emergency call he was able to come quickly and didnt charge us a huge "emergency" fee, or change his rate when additional work was needed (cleaning a filter). He was very professional and did a great job. I called many people for quotes but I will never do that again, Mr. Rountree will be our provider from here on every 3-5 years.”
