“Update: I’m lowering my original rating due to a significant issue with customer service. During the visit, the crew accidentally severed the power line to my pond. As a newer homeowner who wasn't present during the last maintenance service, I had no way of knowing a line was run near that area. ​While the company pointed to a signed waiver regarding unmarked lines, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability. They have the equipment and expertise to resolve a mistake like this quickly, yet they chose to hide behind a technicality instead of helping a loyal customer. I chose them because the previous homeowners use them based on the paperwork we got at the closing. I expected the professionalism they showed at the start to carry through when a problem arose. Proceed with caution if you are NOT the original homeowners or had the tank installed.”
