I attempted to use the drive-through at a business, but it was blocked by a Septic Blue of Marietta service truck. Assuming they were servicing that location, I went inside to place my order and learned they were actually working next door. The business owner asked them to move so they would not inconvenience customers, but Septic Blue ignored the request. I then witnessed the employees, Adam and Derek, behave unprofessionally by becoming confrontational and later posting a retaliatory review of the business where they mocked the owner despite being parked on private property, not servicing that location, and having received multiple requests to move. Based on the conduct and behavior displayed by their employees, I would not feel comfortable working with this company.

We recently worked with Septic Blue, and while their services were satisfactory, their strict policy of only allowing homeowners to handle coordination caused unnecessary delays and frustration. As an assistant handling property matters for an investor, it was nearly impossible to get anything done without involving the homeowner for every small detail. This policy undermines the role of authorized representatives and makes the process far more difficult than it needs to be. Not only that but due to weather, but they failed to show up to our initial appointment and did not show up after being rescheduled pushing us past our deadline. Their strict policy of only working directly with the homeowner made the process unnecessarily difficult. If they had been willing to accept a letter of authorization, this delay could have been avoided. Their lack of flexibility and reliability made this a frustrating experience.

Our septic system needed to be pumped and we had some drain line issues. Septic Blue was the first company (after trying several companies, at least two of which failed to show for their scheduled appointment and then told us to find someone else) to schedule an appointment quickly and to show up on time and get the requested work done. Our service technician, Andrew, was extremely pleasant to speak with, open to questions and he proved to be very knowledgeable. Andrew guided us through the process (we purchased this home late last year and I’ve not dealt with septic much before) and offers several options for both short term and long term solutions. We will definitely be using this company (and hopefully they will always send Andrew as our tech!) for all future work.

We had a backup and needed same day service to remove a clog and pump out our septic tank. Andrew Fincher was our technician. He was friendly and professional, explained each service that was performed, and took extra time to provide some general education about our septic system. We were very satisfied with the experience.
