“Mr. Robert Parker and Sons last week did extensive work on my Greywater Diversion Device (GDD = 'wash box') and am beyond impressed with the repair that was required and the landscape measures following. I can't imagine any more gracious individuals than these three professional men, the cost and assurance of the job well done was more than a person could hope for. Thank you again Mr. Parker. “This is by far the best septic tank service we have had since moving to the area. The last time our tank was serviced, the technician did not perform all the steps Robert did or even clean the filter. Since this is our first time having a septic tank, we did not know the last service was not done properly. As a result, we ended up with a clogged filter over the weekend. Robert tried to help by troubleshooting over the phone. But, ended up coming out even though he was not feeling his best. We are very appreciative of the time Robert took to explain the maintenance of the system and to show us what was causing the problem. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for any septic system concerns.”
