What stood out immediately was that he wasn’t a sales guy — he’s the one who actually does the work. Hose is professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The work was completed smoothly, and the area was left clean. The experience was so good we’re planning on upgrading our kitchen sink and shower with Thompson & Thompson. Highly recommend.”
