“Chris and jay were great. They came in and resolved my issue to get me up and running quickly. They worked their best to find cause and helped to keep cost at a minimum. They seem to be very honest in the work I needed done. I definitely will use them again”

“The service was great and that they got out very timely right after the Christmas holiday and responded almost immediately via phone to let me know your availability. They dug down deep by shovel during a freezing rain storm and fix my immediate issue however, there was no estimate provided upfront and I was shocked at a $1600 bill to pump out my tanks so while the service was excellent, The price was very steep without giving Any upfront explanation.”

“The actual price for the service was okay. I mentioned when I called that I didn't want to pay an emergany fee so please place me on the regular sched. Had the service done and all was good and then when I went to pay the bill there was an additional COLD fee of $150 that I should have been mentioned when I didn't want to pay extra fees. Michigan is either hot or cold.....please mention this on the phone next. We like your service but might check around next time to make sure there are no extra fees for the weather.”
