When I called, this gentleman answered, looked up the address and gave me a $20 discount for mentioning the email, and scheduled me for the following week. Sure enough, I got a text telling me someone was coming, then another text when it was finished. An invoice was emailed to me, just like he said. I paid, and a receipt appeared the next day.
