On the day of the appointment I received a text they were on the way, they arrived within the appointment window, and went right to work. Joe, the technician, was very professional and polite. We followed social distancing guidelines when we interacted and he gave me some very good tips about my septic system. Everything was cleaned up and left as is he was never here.
