“Called them up at 2pm on a Monday and told them my system is backed up and wanted to know when they might be able to come out to get it pumped. Much to my surprise they said they could be there in an hour, so I asked pricing and he was straightforward with his price, which was on par with what another contractor had quoted me in the past, so I had them come out. While pumping he worked with me to flush the drain and release a clog in the pipes that had formed. They didn't charge me for "excessive fluid level" or "thickness" which I had been hit with (to a tune of $150) previously from said "other" contractor. That alone is the biggest reason ill be calling them back in the future. I got a price over the phone, that the guy stuck to once he was completed with service, and no other hidden fees. I am very happy with the service, the guy was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone.”

He was here in 30 minutes. He was super friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what we were doing right and wrong and how to get the most out of our tank and was not overpriced.
