“Scammers. Moved in 4 years ago. They pumped the tanks before we moved in and left a note saying it was "very full" and we needed to have them come back out. Suspicious, I called a someone else who said they had never heard of something like that and told us to get it pumped in a few years like normal. Four years later, we had someone pump our tanks. Said the levels looked quite normal.”

“Awful service. They had the schematic for our system and had pumped our property before for another home owner. First thing out of the guys mouth as I went out to greet them was “we don’t dig in landscaping.” They had 30 days to tell me that before showing up. Rude amateurs, skip this business, literally anyone could offer better service.”

“I would not recommend this company. I had them come out to pump my septic tank. I was away at work that day because they said I didn’t need to be home. When I got back I figured I should check my septic tank. I found the outlet baffle/filter snapped off and floating in the bottom of the tank. I had not received a phone call or notification that there was an issue with my septic system. I did not find any sort of service report on my door or in my email. The following morning I reached out to their office for a copy of the service report that was supposed to be left on my door. They provided a copy and it listed my tank as being in “good operating condition” and that the filter had been cleaned. Neither were true. I saw on my security cameras that he closed the lid and walked away after pumping. This could’ve cost me thousands in future repairs if left unaddressed. I'm very unimpressed with the service and being lied to on the condition of my septic system. Obviously, I sent them a photo and called them out on these issues. They called me and apologized. Apparently it was a new technician that had been to my house and was still in training. They waived the entire bill without me needing to ask, which was nice.”
