“Highly recommend, I called every company in Kalamazoo for Price Quotes and Privy has the second best prices (only about $10 off from the other)! The lady scheduling was very nice and they had immediate availability so I chose them! They came, found the tank on their own, cleaned it out & didn’t charge extra for having to use a different tool to break stuff up. They also took photos and provided inspection notes which was really nice because I was not even remotely aware we had a cesspool instead of a septic tank and that it was in bad shape.”
