“I would not recommend this company!! The guy in the office quoted me $75 a half hour to dig up the lids And the older gentleman that came out and dug up one lid and emptied the tanks in 40 min told me it was $125 for digging up the lid because he was older and experienced and could do it faster. If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star I would definitely go with a different company.”

“I highly recommend Sloans. We had 17 people coming out to the house for Christmas and needed our septic pumped. They came out the day after we called them. Pricing was very transparent and the team was super professional. Here’s the part where I’d give them bonus stars if Google let you. While my septic needed to be pumped, which they did fast and efficiently, it didn’t solve the main problem I was having. The guys took a look inside my basement and determined based on their experience that my issue was the ejector pump. They were right. After they left I got a text from them saying they ran into a plumber they knew at the gas station and it sounded like he could fit us in the next day. Sure enough, I called and connected with Dietrich Plumbing who replaced the pump the next day, just ahead of our guests coming.
