“First they never showed up because they forgot about our appointment or didn't write it down. Was flexible enough to come the next day. But then the guy barely looked around, looked in the basement and told us it was going to be 6 feet down (even tho we paid for inspection previously and they didn't have a problem) and he wasn't going to dig for it. Told my 60 year old mother to dig it up herself and call em back. No thanks. Extra star for flexibility and time.”
“Called to set up a time for them to pump our tank and they actually showed up when they said they would! Good service, thorough, and replaced the sod that had to dig up to access the tank. Could barely tell they were there when it was done. 10/10, will call again!”
