Would like to give a shout out to Williams and Bay and Shaun who came out. I'm not normally a review person (good or bad). We've had an ongoing mysterious off and on septic issue for 5yrs and had 2 other companies come out. It was time for a pump out and we had just replaced some sewer pipe ourselves (with the help of a friend) believing that was the main cause and could tell it was time anyways. Shaun knew right away there was entirely different inspection/clean out lid for another section of the tank buried under the dirt. The 2 other septic companies never knew to look there. Also, it was "pumped" out before we moved in but that company also must have never cracked that thing open as it was definitely never dug up. Shaun knows his stuff 💩. Thanks!!

We received top notch service. We were scheduled for immediate pumping service. Our technician was Shaun. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable as well as patient as he explained proper care of the system. Highly recommend this company and their team.

Update: I heard back from the owner, and they acknowledged the communication problem. They sent a truck the next morning, and came back again to do some work to resolve our problem. I am pleased with the company's response, and I would recommend them based on expertise and service. Thanks to Willams and Bay for responding and making it right! I called for help with the septic system in my new home. The company scheduled my job, and clearly stated that they could not give me a time for arrival, only that it would be between 8 and 5. On the day of the service appointment, I called around 11:15 am asking for an update. I was told that it would probably be between 2 and 3 hours. At 4:45 pm (5-1/2 hours later) I called again, and they told me all about the job the technician had gotten tied up with, but didn't really acknowledge that they should have called me to let me know that I wouldn't be getting serviced that day. Williams & Bay may have great technical capabilities, but they don't do a good job communicating with customers or setting service expectations. If you want to sit around at home all day waiting for a tech who may or may not show up between 8 and 5, give them a call, but if you want to be given a reasonable arrival time window for your service, and get a phone call if something changes, go someplace else.

A company is only as good as its employees, and Bill, Jake, and Scott truly make Williams and Bay shine. We faced a lift pump issue that caused our tanks to overflow and flood the yard. These guys arrived promptly and saved the day, skillfully fixing the problem. They didn’t just stop at resolving the issue—they were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way. Their knowledge and great attitude made a stressful situation much easier. If you want top-notch service from a company that clearly values its people, Williams and Bay is the way to go. A+ all around!

Called to get our septic tank pumped and they came out the next day. Shawn, the tech, was very professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. He freely shared a wealth of information we needed to know. I will not hesitate to call a company that employs such quality employees and provides these services for reasonable fees. Great Job!!! Thank you!
