“Blown away by the tenacity of Chad McCoys problem solving. After being told by multiple septic pumping companies that the septic we needed pumping in Mars hill was not accessible due to the steep driveway. Most didn’t even go out and look.... or return our calls. Also called a company who had a smaller truck they also declined.... The cement truck got up there just fine, the propane truck had no problem ... Chad came out and took a look at what we were dealing with, arranged for a day Within our dd period, to come out and try. He arrived on time, got up the gravel driveway like it was a flat road. Took a hairpin bend with ease, He turned the truck around in an extremely tight space, backed up to the system and pumped it. He was even told by the company with the smaller truck he wouldn’t be able to get up there! This young man was determined and very friendly, my clients completely relieved.
