“🤩 above & beyond service, & no up charge for that service! I called Morehead Septic on a Sunday morning, Keith arrived within 1.5 hours. He came out on a Sunday emergency call & had to go get more equipment. There was no additional fees, unheard of!! He left the site nice & clean. Highly recommend!!”

“We’d used a different company in past years for our service (& they were great!), but we needed our tank pumped on Friday & our guy wasn’t going to be able to get to us till Monday. We called Keith & he initially said he could get there Saturday, but he called back later Friday evening & said he could be there in an hour. He arrived when he said he would, quickly located the spot where he needed to dig, dug it up & got it pumped by 8:30pm. Found an issue that needing repairing & made plans to come Saturday afternoon to fix that. Again, right on time, repaired quickly, and filled in the hole almost as if it hadn’t been dug! Very reasonably priced, super friendly & knowledgeable, and hard working!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing septic tank service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Great job done by Morehead Septic Service! Keith and I connected by phone, and discussed the details of my system and what I needed done. Very easy to speak with, and we were able to schedule a pump out right on the phone for the same week. A few minutes before the appointment, I received a text from the business alerted me that they were on their way. Keith arrived right on time, was very clean with his work, efficient and worked up a real sweat. This guy is a hard worker! While he was pumping the system out, Keith explained the mechanics of how my system is set up and he believes I have a 1,000 gallon tank. He took a few videos to inspect the main tank. After he was done, he hosed down the inside of the cap and riser (back into the tank) and loaded his truck up all within an hour. Like I said, great job, and great expertise will call Keith again for my next job and let all my neighbors know. Pricing was very reasonable at $400 for a full pump out and he got it right down to almost the bottom.”
