“I was in an emergency situation last Friday and needed help within hours as my pump had died and my septic system was overflowing. I called Bobby and despite it being late in the day Friday and all his crews were out on jobs not within 20 miles of me, he found a way to divert one of his best guys, Terry, from a construction job, drive all the way out to my place within 2 hours of my call. Terry found my issue (bad board), repaired it, got the pump going again, charged me a reasonable fee (I'd paid 2x for a similar issue years before), gave me advice on how to keep my system running optimally, and scheduled a pump date within a few days (it had been 5+ years). These guys must get calls like mine every day, but I felt like Bobby had a genuine sense of urgency and empathy for my situation. He cared that I had a real problem and he juggled around his business to make sure my emergency was solved. I highly recommend this company.”

“I had a major problem with my septic field after a large rain storm. I called another company first and was given the run-around (its long story). Then I called Bobby Davis Septic. I told the person on the phone what my issue was. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day. The day of my appointment I received a phone call from the repair team, letting me know they were on the way and should arrive in 30 min. Once on seen they quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work on the repair. As the repairs were ongoing they walked me through the issues found and what was being done to correct the problem. They also made quite a few adjustment to my system to correct other issues I didn't realize I had. Very professional crew from start to finish, and a fair price. “I used Bobby Davis Plumbing to clean our septic tank back 2016. They did such a great job that I called again to get our neighborhood in on a discounted deal. I had worked out a deal with Tammy, but then she did not return my calls for over 2 days. I ended up going with another company and we now have over 20 people set up for next week. Hoping there were no illness issues, but it's been over a week and I still have not received a call back. I'm sorry I could not give them the business this time but they still deserve 4 stars!”

“Situation started as a simple septic pumping service but during the service, the serviceman Keith, managed to knock the concrete slab where the access cover is located into the septic tank. We’re talking major issue now, a sizeable hole in the ground dropping into a wastewater tank with no way to securely cover it. Revealing here who exactly you are dealing with at Bobby Davis: Keith decides to throw a broken window from my recent window renovations over the hole, just grabs it from the onsite dumpster rental on the property and uses that as a makeshift cover. Genius! Now if some poor sap steps on the window they can cut up their legs before falling into the septic tank. Next phase of the interaction basically turns into the Bobby Davis staff engaging in straight up deceptions and lies: Keith explains he cant retrieve the concrete slab on his own but will return tomorrow with a coworker to repair what he broke. No show on that day. The front desk staff assures me they will talk to Keith and call me back. Never got that call back. Still not clear at this point if they are playing games or just disorganized. Reach Keith on his Cell phone we agree to meet at the property on Saturday to evaluate the septic tank and evaluate next steps. Another no show on Saturday. Manage to get Keith on cell phone he agrees to now meet on Sunday. Another no show, nobody ever bothered to call or follow up with me at any point. Its clear now that the staff are just engaging in bad faith activities. They have no intention of working with me to resolve the problem that their own service tech created. They were saying whatever they needed to say so that they could get off the hook in that moment either on the phone or face to face and later on take the cowards way out by simply blowing off their appointments. What kind of business is this? My mistake was extending them even an ounce of trust and believing in good faith interactions. If you are unfortunate enough to be forced to work with these dishonest people then withhold payment until you are in the clear, don’t trust a single word they say.”

“I waited for almost a month for another company to come out and repair a suspected supply line separation. I searched, read reviews, and decided to give Bobby Davis Septic Service a call. I'm very glad I did! The next afternoon a technician called, stopped by, and in five minutes they found the problem, a coupling separated. Another ten minutes and the problem was fixed. I only have a small dirt patch in my yard, otherwise, you would never know anyone was there. The gentleman that stopped by was very friendly and explained how he would proceed. I really regret waiting as long as I did to call Bobby Davis Septic, their response time was great, they were very professional, and the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to others. They will certainly be the one I call for any future jobs like that.”
