“On October 28, 2025, I paid C&C - Kevin Carter 850.00 for gravel and for it to be spread. On October 30, 2025, He brought out a truck load of dirt. He said they brought him the wrong stuff and they would be back with the right stuff the gravel that I had paid for. I never heard from him, so I started calling. One excuse after the other, truck issues, money problems. I did continue to follow up. On November 25, 2025, he came out and spread half of the dirt. When I called today he stated the gravel was brought out and that was what he spread on November 25, 2025. I told him I was here and there was no gravel and half the dirt pile was gone. He got angry and started yelling at me. I told him was going to hang up and to bring the gravel. Then I texted him to do the same. He keeps saying they brought the gravel/crush and run and I got what I paid for. I called the number on the truck, his family. I spoke with Troy Carter. He stated that Kevin never paid for the load of dirt and he never brought out the crush and run. I shared this with Kevin, all in text, He said he used a different company? I asked for receipts and nothing.”

“Have been having problems for a couple of years, previously just had septic tank pumped out, this time he pumped out tank and suggested that we needed to have line into house checked, they found line damaged close to the house, was caused by cable tv company cutting pipe with trencher, cable installer repaired with plastic water bottle which allowed roots to enter pipe and grew to clog pipe! They replaced pipe and corrected problem! Great company to deal with!”
