I spoke to Megan on a Monday morning and she was kind, helpful, and also just fun to speak with given the resin for my call. Early Tuesday afternoon Zachary came to our home (with notice of being in the way first which was appreciated). He was respectful, efficient, and even educated us on some things! Turns out the job was easier than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. He even left us with a fun business card that was a squeaky duck which our toddler loves! “10/10 would recommend! We had a plumbing emergency of our main drain pipe backing up, and leaking under our house due to decades of severe corrosion. We called Sunday evening, got a call back before 8am Monday. Jacob was able to come out on Monday just after lunch, and the major repair started Tuesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon, we were fully functional again. The entire Transou’s team was amazing. Excellent communication and customer service, very prompt service, no pushy upsells, and fair pricing for quality work. We also had them replace all three hose bibs while they were out.
