“Review for Jerry Jerry did an amazing job fixing and pumping my septic tank. He was really straightforward and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated a lot since I’m a Spanish customer and sometimes it can be hard to understand everything in English. He was super patient the whole time and worked really hard to get it done right. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. 10/10 service for sure!”
“Robert did a great job! He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He has educated me on the importance of maintaining my septic system and I plan to do a better job on my part. I thought the price was kind of pricey because originally I was quoted $275 but it ended up being about $700. That really was a shock to me! I think the company need to do a better job at communicating to the customers with more specific detail as it pertains to the cost. After watching Robert work and explaining everything he was doing and why, it really made me understand how septic systems work and how important it is to maintain it. Thanks Robert!”
“Eric Mitchell with Septic Blue recently performed a septic inspection and pumping service for one of our clients at Future Home Inspectors, and the experience was excellent. Eric communicated clearly throughout the process and took time to explain his findings in a way that was easy for both our team and the client to understand. The septic system was over 60 years old, and Eric thoroughly explained the sludge conditions, including the need to properly mix the slurry to allow effective pumping. His depth of knowledge and willingness to educate during the inspection added real value. As a home inspection company, Future Home Inspectors outsources septic inspections due to licensing requirements, so professionalism, reliability, and communication are critical. Eric met and exceeded those expectations. A good service to us is a good service to our clients, and Eric represented that standard well. We appreciate the quality of service Eric provides and look forward to continuing our partnership with him and Septic Blue. — Future Home Inspectors”
“I had used Septic Blue 4 years ago for a routine septic tank pumping and was happy with their service. So I rescheduled them again. I was happy that the price did not increase from last time, however they charged a so-called "dispatch fee" of $50, which was effectively 15% increase over 4-year period. This time I requested that they not park on the grass because my soil is mushy. So the technician arrived LESS THAN 1 HOUR from the time a called! But somehow he parked on the grass anyway and left big ruts. So that's the negative. The rest is all positive. Jerry Oliver, the technician was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and was happy to let me look over his shoulder and answer my questions. He was VERY thorough and cleaned off the root growth inside the tank. He also used a "crust-buster" machine to mix up the sludge and scum for easier pumping. He took the time to clean off the dirt from the lid openings to seal better and as an unexpected bonus cleaned the (dirty!) filter between the middle and final tanks. Also they have a modern, paperless communication / billing system. I received text messages with Jerry's bio and ETA (which was accurate) and an electronic invoice with multiple photos that Jerry took of my system. If not for the ruts in the grass I'd have given 5 stars. And I will likely continue to use their service.”
“We woke up to our septic alarm early this morning due to what turned out to be a failed pump. We were extremely thankful to get it taken care of ahead of the brutal storm coming this weekend. Eric Mitchell showed up was very friendly and did a fantastic job of troubleshooting, explaining the issue to us and replacing the pump and other remediation tasks. We are very grateful for Eric and would recommend him and Septic Blue for service.”
