“Our septic started backing up and Mike was able to come out the very next morning! Him and his partner were very nice & went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go. He would not leave until the water from the toilets when flushed came through and when they didn’t he vacuumed the pipe to get a clog out caused by grease build up. Once the tank was pumped and emptied they easily could have just left and we would have had to also call a plumber but they didn’t and we greatly appreciated it! We’ll definitely be calling them again in the future!”
