“Excellent experience, I called them in the morning and they were out in the afternoon. My septic had not been serviced in a while since I had purchased a new home. They were professional prompt, and the service guy Matthew was excellent. Pricing was fair and they accepted a credit card. I called three other companies before finding them. All three other companies did not answer the phone. They answered on the first call to them. Thanks!”

“I cannot recommend this company to anyone. My husband and I asked the woman on the phone if they jet drain field lines, she said yes. We scheduled them to come out around 2:00 in the afternoon, so my husband had to take off work. They never showed up, and when we called we were told “in an hour”, however they still never showed. They finally showed up around 6:30pm while my husband was out at the store. While he was gone, the technician unclogged a completely different pipe and said that they can’t jet our drain field pipes. He unclogged the other pipe without talking to us first, and had we known ahead of time that they don’t do the service we requested we wouldn’t have paid for them to come out at all. I called to complain about all of this and asked to not be charged til I spoke to a manager, but the woman on the phone never had anyone call us back. A few weeks passed and we assumed they just weren’t going to charge us for the service we never asked for, but then we found a charge on our account one day. I called and said, again, I did not want to be charged for a service we never authorized. Especially because our septic is failed anyway, and it was a waste of our money. She said she would talk to someone and call back, and again she never did. So here I am leaving a poor review. Want to refund my money now? Sincerely, Emma Detweiler”
