βCalled on Sunday because my grinder pump was running continuously. I was told somebody would call me back in 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment. Called back on Monday, I was told somebody would call me back in 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment. Today is Wednesday, end of business, and still nobody has called. Before Frank environmental was purchased by these guys, they were responsive and trustworthy. They would have been here within a day! Here I have been waiting three days only to schedule the appointment.β
βWe had an ongoing sewer pump problem. Wind river offers a solution that has worked. Very professional team. James kept us informed on the progress of installation of a sewer pump we desperately needed. Pricing was fair on the unit and service. Would recommend this firm.β
βI've been a customer of Franc Environmental (now Wind River Environmental) for over a decade. After the most recent service and lack of follow-up about my concerns, I will no longer be using Wind River Environmental. Back in June, I had my septic tank pumped. The tech seemed new to the industry, and when I showed him the tank location, he was confused at the lids - screw on plastic vs. concrete. He called his supervisor about it and was able to unscrew the lids by hand as he didn't have the tool on his truck to make it easy. He was unable to fully secure the lids at the end of the service, and I ended up having to reset and properly tighten them after he left. Midway through the service, I walked over to see the progress and condition of the tank, and I was going to ask if everything looked in good condition. The tech didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there, and he could clearly see me. The following week, I received the inspection report. Part of the service was to clean the filter on the outflow. The report stated that there was no filter and that one could not be installed. Both statements are false. The second picture in the report clearly shows the filter. I called Wind River customer service and explained the situation, and I would like them to come back out and clean the filter. This was on a Friday, I was told they would have the supervisor call me back. It's been over a month, and there's still no call back. At this point, I will need to have the tank pumped again in order to fully clean the filter and housing per the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and maintenance. Poor customer service all around with this company now. They used to be much better and actually strive to provide great customer service.β
βWithin a year they came to my house three times, each time they came they charged different price from $345 to $6400 for a new pump. First they came out and said everything is okay, charged $345. If everything is ok why the alarm went off. Second time alarm went off they said the pump was defective, $6400, Jeremy said if anything happens we come out do for free, no charge. Third time (1 month later) alarm went off they said too much grease stuck on the wall of the tank, $380. Why donβt they clean out before they made decision????? This is not professional work, sloppy works! This is my last time to call them. (4years ago) Before Franc environmental sold to windy River environmental they did a great job, but now VERY BAD SERVICE.β
βFelipe was excellent. Very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with him at my house and would recommend to anyone anytimeβ
