“I had an unexpected fire alarm incident which led to the fire dept showing up at my house at 6am. They had identified a gas leak in addition to my smoke detectors and shut off my gas on the coldest day of the year. It was early Sunday morning and I frantically called about 10 places before Mark picked up the phone. He got out to me quickly after giving me a quote over the phone. They handled everything in such a timely and professional manner. After they located the leaks and fixed the issues they retested my lines and called me on my way back from Home Depot buying new smoke detectors to let me know that I could call the gas company to come back out to retest to get our gas turned back on. I would be remiss not to mention of have two toddlers who were with my wife as they worked fast to get me back online.
