“A perspective buyer of our home hired this company to do an inspection on our septic tank and to pump it. After the sale fell through, another buyer requested proof that this work had been performed. I contacted this company to only get something showing this. I was told by a guy that answered he would email me something; received nothing.. my wife called and same thing..no email. Later in the day I called back. This time this guy was extremely rude and said he wasn't emailing anything because I wasn't the customer and he didn't care if" I was the owner or not and I'm not disclosing their information to you ". What doesn't make any sense is when I asked so you can't even give me something showing you did the work his response was "all I can do is give your her name and contact info " ????? He just stated he didn't want to disclose her information?!?!. " He then added "the only way I can give you proof is if you pay me 800$ to come and inspect and pump it again". Customer service at its finest. After calling other septic companies, NONE of them understood this and said they would have had no problem providing proof of work they had done. Also, thank you Grace Septic for your awesome customer service when I spoke with you. I don't like giving bad reviews but this company deserves it and people need to know there are alot better out there. I didn't ask for any body's information nor did I take it; I only asked for some proof of a job you did.”
