“I gave Monty and his wife Nancy a phone call today to ask about some of the septic repair estimates that I was receiving in my area and whether they were warranted/justified or not. I don't even live in their area of business, and I was just amazed that Nancy suggested that Monty would take a look at my repair permit and could get on the phone and estimate that out for me even though there was no chance that they were actually going to get the contract to do the job! Monty did just that and more purely out of just a desire to help someone out whom they had never even met before and had no possibility of getting any kind of business from. To me, that shows going above and beyond for customer service and true character, that I haven't experienced in I can't say how long! Way to go!
