“TL;DR: Fast, fair septic service — $425 for pumping, but since they don’t stock $70 lids, ours cracked and ended up costing another $330 for lid, risers, and a $155 trip fee. Good team overall, just wish they kept common parts on the truck and communicated costs a bit clearer. Full review - Quick and professional service. $425 for a pump of up to 1,000 gallons, which included digging and replacing up to 2 feet of dirt. However, note that they don’t stock the $70 plastic lids on their trucks, so if your lid is buried under more than a thin layer of dirt (especially wet dirt), it may crack during removal/general weight. They quoted a $155 trip charge plus $70 for a new lid from Jarrett Concrete, and today we’re adding a lid and risers for an additional $330 on top of the $425 from the original visit. The team also recommended installing risers to bring the lid up to ground level — which makes perfect sense to avoid this happening again. When scheduling the lid replacement, I asked if the $155 trip fee could be adjusted slightly to help us out, since the original $425 already included labor for digging and backfilling (which wasn’t completed due to the broken lid). The person on the phone mentioned the $155 included labor — that’s what raised my concern, because that labor was already part of the original service. I understand trip fees, just felt this one could’ve been adjusted a little considering the circumstances. If Jarrett Concrete is a common vendor, it would be great customer service for Elite Septic to keep those $70 lids stocked on their trucks to save customers an extra trip and expense. Overall, good experience, fast response, and fair pricing — just wish communication and preparedness were a bit clearer upfront. Payment note: The only no-fee payment option is through Wholesail, which uses Plaid. If you’re not familiar, Plaid either requires a one-day setup using your bank’s routing and account numbers or immediate payment by entering your FULL online banking login and password — not ideal, especially given Plaid’s past security concerns. They don’t accept checks, and the only other option is to pay by card, which adds a 2.75% processing fee. If you plan to pay directly from your bank account, make sure to set it up ahead of time — they won’t leave until payment is complete.”

“Top notch service from first contact to handing over the payment. These people understand the customer and the situation we are in when we call to have repairs done. They get that communication is key to relieving concerns and building trust. Honestly my inquiries were answered in less than 30min. The workmanship was excellent and the team was very efficient. I am very pleased with the result. The cost was very reasonable and when I consider how we were treated I feel I got great value for what I paid. There are others in the area and I know through first hand experience they cannot come close to the service Elitte provides.”

“Brandon was very professional and yet personable. He showed me what the situation was regarding one tank lid totally cracked and both line collars needed to be raised up to ground level, one by a significant amount. We talked about the expense and he advised me very sensibly. I cannot thank him enough and hope that he will be the person to do the install of the extenders and new lid. I thank him sincerely.”

“I had such a great experience with them for starters Felicia who I first contacted about the estimate was very nice and professional as well as fast they got to me same day for an estimate and withing the same week for needed repairs, then spoke with Roger who was very nice and informative about what I needed and how to fix it they sent me a quote which was less then I had be quoted by a different company . Today Roger and John came out to do my repair I barely knew they were here they were fast efficient and great would highly highly recommend them!!!”
