“Scheduled septic pump service. I let them know we have no idea where our tank is located. She told me that won't be a problem, they'll find it. Tech comes out and doesn't have the right equipment to find it. Called the office, manager refused to back down from their $129 dispatch fee. Said they would give half of it back if we rescheduled... even though they'll still need to find the tank and can't guarantee they would be able to access it. I would give 0 stars if I could.”
