“Tried to get a culvert installed, Everyday for a week and a half they said they were coming the next day. One day the truck was broke, one day the tractor was broke. Finally gave up and went with someone else. Ronnie seems like a super nice guy on the phone, but he would not call you back or respond to texts or even show up.”

“I called R & R on Friday asking to have my septic pumped. Two guys came out and said they would have to come back with a small backhoe since my septic was 2 feet deep. Keep in mind they installed the tank 3 years ago. The guy said he'd call me back but he never did. I had to call him back instead. He told me he'd be out first thing Monday. Texted him Monday to ask when he was coming out and he said he'd get to me unless something came up. I told him I've been without plumbing since Friday and I needed to know definitively if he was coming out today or not , otherwise I would need to make other arrangements. He sent me back as his response, " I'll be out by noon, unless." No reason given and imo his response was in poor taste for a business to give a open ended response like that. I told him not to bother coming out that I'd made other arrangements. He calls me later wanting to know why I cancelled the service and I explained that I didn't appreciate his reply to my text. He said ok, conversations over.and hung up on me. Few seconds later he sends me a text saying I'm sorry you took my text the wrong way. I said thank you for hanging up on me. His reply, "Thank you Karen." So childish and unprofessional.”

“I called them with a septic tank issue and they responded within 45 minutes on a Sunday morning. They took care of my problem and I was shocked at the reasonable price they charged. I anticipated that the cost would be much higher, especially 9n Sunday. I highly recommend this company.”
