Jason came out the next day and dug out the header pipe and replaced it. He was professional in his methods and reasonably priced. Thirty days later it became apparent that something had gone awry. I advised Jason that we had a moist area in the leach field and he was quick to return and correct the problem at no charge. The difference between good companies and bad is the way in which they handle problems. Jason is one of the good guys. I am happy to highly recommend him and his company.”

“The Carter's, from the very beginning, were honest and professional. They were on-time, talked me thru the work they were doing, went above and beyond to leave the property in the best shape possible and most importantly they charged what they estimated. Due to my septic tank issue they had to do quite a bit of digging with machinery but went to great lengths to fill holes and level the ground in the affected area. They even took a shovel and scraped the driveway where the trackhoe left some dirt. Given the circumstances, I couldn’t ask for a better experience and I highly recommend the Carters.”

“Jason installed a new tank for us on Feb 2 and it is still not working properly. We have standing water in our clean out valve and he actually told me this was not an issue. His crew missed connecting a pipe from one bathroom and did not test the field line he connected to prior to using it. It was blocked and the tank leaked into the ground for three months. His crew also left parts of old pipes in our yard and ran their bobcat over a portion of the grass that had nothing to do with the tank. They also ran over the border to our fire pit. Careless work and dishonest.”
