“I can't speak to the quality of their work. I'm sure they are very good at doing what they do. Unfortunately, I was just unable to have my questions answered over the phone. The office person I spoke with on the phone told me the tank I was asking about was a special kind of tank and was different from a standard tank. In fact, it was a tank that they themselves actually installed. But when I asked her to explain what the difference was, she did not know. I was told a technician would have to come out to take a look at it and explain the system to me. I asked if I could have a technician simply call me so I could ask questions prior to scheduling a service call. Was told that a technician would not be available to call me or answer my questions over the phone. Like I said, I'm sure they are great at what they do from reading the other reviews, but I may never know since the office person seemed unable to answer questions and unwilling to direct me to the right person at their company.”
