“Please make sure you first understand their work guarantee. They said their work would solve my septic tank problem, but it didn't. They never figured out what the problem was, replaced something else, and the problem persists. Now they refuse to take responsibility and want to charge us thousands again, even though we already paid them to fix the job and they couldn't. I'm completely disillusioned with this company. They're not trustworthy. I think all those good reviews are from their family members. They couldn't fix anything for me. We've already given them a lot of money, and they want to charge us again. If you call them, make sure they know what they're doing, not just guess and tell you that's the problem when it isn't. Otherwise, you'll have the problem again, and they won't take responsibility unless you give them money again. That's all they care about: getting paid.”
