“Josh from Duck Duck Router, sewer and air conditioning was incredible! He walked me through every step, did all the proper testing, and saved me $8,000 by replacing just the blower fan instead of selling me a new AC. They even came in $400 cheaper than my last company and spent over two hours making sure everything was right. The supervisor dropped off the part on a Friday just to get us taken care of. Honest, reliable, and truly go above and beyond — highly recommend!”

“There should be an option to leave Zero stars. A year ago they installed a brand new septic system for us and it doesnt work. Stopped working in less than 90 days after being installed. They speak to you as if you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about. Claim we destroyed it using too much water and we never went over what was allowed. They now think we are going to pay over 20 grand for them to do this to us again, but thats not gonna happen. I dont usually do bad reviews, but this was necessary to let people know who these people are and what they are capable of. Fraudulent activities and theft. They took our money and left us with nothing. I won't stop until everyone in the area is warned!!!! Im ashamed that we thought they were so nice that we referred many others to them. Now I have to apologize to any that may have used them. If you are looking to use them please dont put yourself or your family through the stress. Just an added note- we were told that someone would get in touch with us the following day and we never got a call. I called on Monday just to see if the office was open and it was. I asked for a phone call from you and I was told you would call, but never received a call. Buddy is who I spoke to. I have tried reaching out today, but was only able to leave a message. Also in response to when you guys came out in April- we were never told that anything further needed to be done. No one has tried to contact us by phone or email. I will assure you we would have answered. I would love to speak with you. I felt pushed to make this review because of the way it was being handled. I strongly suggest that you guys record your calls. If you are recording them I urge you to please listen to them. We have been told by 3 different individuals that work for you that we will be responsible for the cost. We only called for 2nd opinions after being told that.”

“Just before the 2026 ball dropped NYE we realized our septic tank was not working. Contacted Duck Duck the next morning as I saw good reviews about them on next-door. They were prompt in sending me the holiday and non-holiday rate so we chose to wait until Friday. They sent me a text when the technicians were heading my way. They were here promptly got to work pumping out the septic tank and installing a new pump then cleaned up the area and were gone. We will use them again for other needs since they are a multi service company. Thank you Marc, Jordan and Christian for the fast work Duck Duck you are great communicators!!”

“Contacted Bree, plumbing dispatcher on Thursday afternoon as she was about to leave for the afternoon. She stopped & got all our information & got an estimate ready quickly. Duck duck was able to get Technician out after lunch Friday. Brandon came to check out our installation to see exactly what would be needed to replace our 17 y/o unit. He returned quickly with all the parts & tools to complete the installation of the new water heater. Very caring & professional installation. New system in operation by about 4 pm. Great work!”
