“Had to get a new tank and drain field installed. Dealt with two other companies before trying to get the job done and they were very flakey. Finally I called Jim. He came out same day, even dug up my grey tank to check if it was still working properly. Within a week, he and his crew were on site and digging the 5ft deep drain field. Such a pleasure to work with. What sets JL Smith apart from the rest: Price was competitive with the market, Jim answers the phone and is very quick to respond, showed up when he said he would and on time, job exceed my expectations and he went over and above what was asked.
