I called Septic Specialists and their knowledgeable staff help me thru the process of getting my septic pumped out and an inspection done. After that the inspection showed by tank was cracked and drain field was old and needing replace. They talked me through the whole process with time lines and what I should expect. Their friendly installed came out and installed a whole new system in 2 days. It also rain the whole time but they were still able to get it done. It was an amazing experience and definitely recommended them for any septic needs.”

“Day 21 of a job that was supposed to take 3 to 4 days. I received the final bill from Heath however when I verified with DOH the permit for new septic tanks was closed out, DOH not received anything from Heath. Multiple calls and texts all go the same “yep sending it over or calling now” with no result. I feel scammed as I’ve not received a call from him even after I sent a text stating I feel something is amiss. Stay away, so unprofessional as I feel if my job was inspected and passed why is it taking so long to close out the permit or even call me; especially when the last 50% payment is still owed to him.”
