“This company did my septic system back in March and I have got to say that I do not think I could have gotten better service and quality from anywhere else. I worked with Mark and he was great at explaining the complicated process with me from start to finish. Mark also taught me how to maintain the system once they were done and gave me a few packets to flush down the toilet once a month. The price was fair and they were very careful not to damage my property with the excavator they used. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job for us!”

“We had Cotes come out to look at the septic tank/system at our property and was told we needed a whole new system Because of root growth. We Had a couple great conversations and was told somebody would be out to start working on the septic design for the new system and to get all the pricing put together for us. They told us they had a spot open in February and we said we would like to get on it. We have now been trying to get a hold of somebody for the past several weeks with nobody calling us back. Really not sure what’s going on.”

“This company came out to my house today and cleaned out our septic tank by mistake, it was supposed to be our neighbors house. The worker came to my door looking for payment, when I told him we did not order any service, he called backed to the office. Once they realized they had the wrong house the workers starting filling my septic back up. I called to the office to tell them what happened. The owner/or manger jumped on the phone with his people and told them, they made the mistake and to clean out the septic tank at no charge. This happen to me about 6 years ago with the natural gas company, and they were not so nice about. People do make mistakes, but the way you handled it was great. Because you jumped on it so quickly and resolved this issued with just one phone call, you now have a new customer for life. Thank you for taking care of this issue so quickly. Chris”
