“Whitt’s Septic was amazing! I called (at night during a horrible storm) because my toilets were bubbling and my shower was backing up! My septic system has always been maintained by them but this was an emergency! I understood they couldn’t come right then but they made sure to put me first on the list the very next morning. Turned out my pump had stopped working at some point and the alarm didn’t sound because the pump tripped the electrical panel. I was obviously worried about the cost but it wasn’t as bad as I thought for all the work they did! And all right then and there! No waiting for electrical, parts or passing it off onto someone else. I couldn’t be happier with the prompt and caring attention while I was in full on panic mode. Highly recommend! Wonderful customer service and staff!”
