“I had Tim come out with a new water heater to install. He was able to get mine working again after another plumbing company told me mine was broke and need replacing. The water line wasn't opened properly. He didn't charge a dime for the diagnosis and repair. Update I had Tim come back out and install a Moen Flo device and a ball cut off valve on my house water main. Cody came out also and pumped my septic tank and addressed some issues as well.
