“Terrible, not happy at all. Had our septic tank pumped in 2019 by Hayden's and a year later it is full again. We watched him pump it this time and know for a fact he didn't empty it properly. 1200 gallon tank, he was here for no longer than ten minutes. Didn't go to the bottom of the tank. (We do have a high water table and a lot of ground water here, and the ground water does run back in quickly, BUT, used a different service before and it lasted FIVE years). Not to mention he was rude. Said to call them back when the water table drops to pump again. Who has that kind of money to keep paying? We certainly don't!! Just don't understand why they would want to rip people off.”
