“Ragan was an absolute live saver for our family. Our septic tank started backing up on a Sunday night. I was in a total panic, thinking who is going to answer the phone on a Sunday, Ragan did! He helped to ease my panic and got us on the schedule for Monday morning at 8AM. I had several questions, he was so patient and answered them all. The two guys that came out were professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Max Haas. The pricing was also very reasonable for our 1000 gal tank!”

“Max Haas Septic is not responsive to issues they caused. Use them with caution and expect lack of follow-through. had out septic services 4/2025 and only Max Haas has services in past 8 years. Cement cover was on tight and technician brooke it up with sledge hammer into pieces. Reminder, it wa a Haas technician that put it on previously. Contacted the office and finally it was determined that they would replace the cover they broke. Mike (Owner) was gracious and came out to inspect. iIt was determined they would need to have a cement lid replacement custom made. Texting back and forth with Mike, he indicated several times he would be in our area (Mooresville) " next week" or "soon." The last response from Mike was 8/19/2025. now a month later, no response. Mike gave nice responses in the beginning and I actually thought he would follow through. It has a now been almost FIVE MONTHS since they destroyed our septic lid with NO RESOLUTION.”
