Then I met Joe from Huff Septic, and after he walked me through everything—how they’d place it, how they’d try to save the trees, what to expect—I knew they were the right choice. They did exactly what he said they would. The crew worked hard, saved most of our trees, and got the job done cleanly and professionally. I included a photo to show how tight the space was around the trees, but they still managed to make it work and keep us happy. When I went in to make the final payment, I met the owner too—another great guy. The whole family is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and you can tell they genuinely care about their work.”

“Starting with lots of missing information on my part, this did not start out as an easy project. We were unclear on a lot of the history and were starting with an unmarked tank. January in Michigan doesn't usually lend itself to digging easily but Joe started this job with true determination to resolve our issues. We found the tank, installed a new riser kit, got the tank pumped out , inspected the interior and validated the main drain. Joe was happy to answer any and all questions I had while he worked. Christian was also present during part of the job and Kevin was there to do the pump/clean-out. Each of these guys were polite, knowledgeable, helpful and did the job they were tasked with. They all were a pleasure working with on this and our septic system is working properly now. The new riser will make future clean-outs a breeze.
