“We needed our septic tank cleaned. Contacted them through email for a quote, including that email was a better form of contact vs by phone. They got back to me within hours with a quote and with availability just a few days out for service if I was interested (all by email, which I appreciated). It was a bit cheaper than I had expected, $350 overall. They let me know day of that they arrived and double checked on if there were any areas of concern, including that if there were any issues they'd let me know immediately (everything went smoothly though). They emailed the invoice after they were done, payment was super easy and straightforward. I'd say 5/5. Good service, price, communication, personable. Will definitely be returning for future service needs.”
