“Joe and his wife are professional and timely. I was looking for a routine pump of our tank. Joe came today and reassured me that the septic was looking good. He suggested that we wait several months to do the pumping since we recently had a lot of rain with standing water. He said that pumping now might cause the tank to rise and cause issues. I thanked him for his sevice and offered to pay. He declined and said he would have his wife schedule the pumping later in early to mid summer. How refreshing! Great business!”
“We were so fortunate to have called them on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30 ,they called right back. When I explained what was going on, the lady said my son will be there in a half an hour. The screens was clogged, and was all good. So thankful to them. I was having whole family for Easter. I would have had to cancel. Thank you again for your great service.”
