“What started out well has quickly turned sour, I’ve had halls out a few times to work on things and they have done a good job until recently, when I inquired about checking my drain field, they sent someone out to locate it. They were unable to locate it even with a map and they didn’t go anywhere near far enough down, when we had scheduled another time for them to try and locate it again they had me in their schedule for a jetting which is pointless if my drain field needs to be re done… I’m not sure if they thought of getting one over on me, but I sure hope others haven’t had this experience, very unprofessional in their way of going about this. I spoke With the health department and they even said it would be very simple to find the drain field, you just had to dig a few feet, halls only went down 3/4 of an inch, nowhere even close to deep enough”
